  • Fully intelligent DALI used throughout the Shell & Core & fit out on levels 4-13
  • Special hardwired Lighting Control Modules to facilitate the prefabricated build process
  • Commissioning to external Lighting Control Modules was challenging due to their positioning on the exterior façade of all 51 floors
  • DALI and DMX colour control
  • Combined BMS/HVAC and lighting control plates
  • A high level Smart Building interface to the Building Management System (BMS) and AV system is provided using BACnet/IP
  • LCMs used: Fully addressable SPV.92-DaR Lighting Control Modules with complete independent control of each port, switching or dimming with easy upgrade path and built-in fade processing
  • The modular lighting control system allows rearrangement and cellularisation without rewiring
  • Blind controls in select meeting rooms
  • Automated testing of emergency lighting (ATS)
