Lighting Control Highlights

  • Fully intelligent DALI lighting with DALI feedback is used throughout the project, along with Automatic Test System (ATS) emergency monitoring
  • Head-end has the astronomical time clock software installed that automatically adjusts to maximise on daylight savings. The blinds are controlled by the Simmtronic system, where the photocell sensors adjust the blind settings depending on the amount of light
  • Select meeting rooms house AV Interfacing over/IP, along with daylight linked light that dim by the perimeter
  • High Level Bacnet/IP interfacing set fan coils into idle mode if areas are unoccupied in order to save energy on heating and cooling
  • Barclays main Midlands HQ are located on levels 3-6 and house similar features to KPMG courtesy of 9-port LCMs, one light per port, plus DALI, ATS and DALI feedback. DWF, a global legal business, are based on levels 1-2 and are also served with 9 Port LCM’s, one light per port
