Lighting Control Highlights

  • Monument Places features our Automatic Test System (ATS) of emergency lighting and integration with Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • LED strip lighting in reception; switches and presence detectors wired on our low voltage bus back to the Simmtronic LCM’s, which are controlled using a low voltage bus cable wired back to the Area Controller (1 per floor) in the electrical riser
  • Switches and presence detectors are addressable and configured by the floor controller to control offices, corridors, open plan areas and bathrooms
