  Regional winner project in the BCO (British Council for Offices) awards 2011. The new building has allowed KPMG to achieve a 50% cut in carbon dioxide emissions; through re-use of many resources and more relevant, reduced utilities consumption including lighting energy by 15%
  Occupancy sensors used for lighting are shared to BMS to optimize energy use in heating/cooling control. There are 4000 staff at KPMG but only 2700 desks, encouraging hot desking.  Simmtronic overcome DALI inverter issues with up to 4 reputable luminaire manufacturers through tests via its own DALI AG approved testing lab.  Delivered Simmtronic system was accredited to meet the Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme. 1100 Area Controllers, 1800 PD sensors, 40 RS2323 AV rooms with Simmtronic SPB blind controllers.
