The beautifully-crafted, fully-refurbished Art Deco Mayfair office building of Derwent London sits nestled in the international epicentre for sartorial excellence.

Lighting Control Highlights

  • This project consisted of the following: daylight sensing, suspended LED lighting and emergency monitoring, overall it proved a complicated lighting design
  • The DALI track module unit relays highly efficient information back for client monitoring. The lights are plugged into the track in the ceiling to speed up the installations
  • The fit out for Derwent London’s HQ used entirely addressable DALI lighting, allowing Simmtronic full control of the dimmable range of luminaires
  • The SPECS3 DALI lighting control system installed also enables several key maintenance features such as: error feedback for luminaires and drivers (i.e. notification at the graphical head end that a lamp or it’s associated control gear has failed), notifications of any control system product faults, and, most critically, fully automated Emergency Lighting Tests
