Lighting Control Highlights

  • 22 Bishopsgate is Simmtronic’s first project to require more than 128 area controllers.
  • A shell and core project and Category A fit-out, ready for incoming tenants to change and manipulate to suit their layout requirements.
  • Commissioned Simmtronic lighting features: Automatic Test System (ATS) for emergency lighting and integration with Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Modular wired, Simmtronic systems automated all 62 floors.
